Software Engineer

• Design and develop integration interfaces using BPEL, XSLT, and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Customize pre-built AIA PIPs (Order to Cash, AABC) to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and manage Oracle AIA for Communications, specifically focusing on Order to Cash (O2C) and Agent Assisted Billing Care (AABC) flows.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and SIT to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of Oracle AIA solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and data issues in BPEL, ESB, and XML/XSLT workflows using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Work with business analysts, architects, and quality assurance teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for designs, configurations, and deployment processes.
