About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Optimize marketing automation solutions
  • Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and technical teams
  • Build complex automations, data extensions, and audience segmentation logic
  • Ensure best practices for data management, security, and compliance

Requirements

  • 9+ years of overall experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio
  • Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Ability to integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.
  • Experience in troubleshooting data, automation failures, journeys, and integrations
