About the role
- Support the Senior Product Owner in driving AI/ML-powered trade planning & tracking products
- Turn campaign workflows into scalable, data-driven product specs
- Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria with clarity
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and campaign teams
- Help drive prototypes → pilots → full-scale rollouts
- Shape automation for SKU ranking, collections, timing, and campaign optimization
- Track measurable results: revenue uplift, effort reduction, accuracy improvements
- Use Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer, SQL to guide decisions
- Build sharp, structured PPTs and documents for leadership
- Analyze campaign/product behavior and interpret ML outputs for business
- Maintain clear process documentation and ensure smooth adoption by users
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience, hungry to grow fast
- Preferably a former engineer or strong technical PM
- Strong understanding of AI, search, recommendations, chatbots (conceptual, not coding)
- Excellent at breaking down complexity into structured specs
- Calm under pressure, responsible, and extremely high ownership
- Skilled in analytics + communication: Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer, SQL, PPTs
