About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training
Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
Provide therapy through in-person and Telehealth sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Current license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Preferred experience with couples and families
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health preferred
Ability to provide individual, group, and play therapy
