About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
  • Provide therapy through in-person and Telehealth sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Current license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Preferred experience with couples and families
  • Creative and innovative approaches to mental health preferred
  • Ability to provide individual, group, and play therapy
