About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
  • Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
  • Provide trauma-informed care through EMDR or Brainspotting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting
  • Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Preferred: creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Preferred: experience with couples and families
