About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, with some in-person and some Telehealth sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Required to be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
Application asks whether the candidate currently holds a valid LMFT in Pennsylvania
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Ability to provide individual, couples, and family therapy
Preferred: creative and innovative approaches to mental health
Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Preferred: experience with couples and families
