About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
- Provide individual, group, and play therapy as appropriate
- Participate in a flexible combination of in-person and Telehealth care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Must already be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Ability to provide different types of therapy, including individual, group, and play therapy
- Preferred: creative and innovative approaches to mental health
- Preferred: experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Preferred: experience with couples and families
