About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
Provide trauma-informed care using EMDR or Brainspotting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with EMDR or Brainspotting
Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Must be a licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Creative and innovative approaches to mental health preferred
Experience with children, adolescents, and teens preferred
Experience with couples and families preferred
Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Must collaborate with clients, families, case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and clinical teams
