About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide customer service and collaborate with the team to fulfill the community mission
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training
- Work under the general direction of the Clinical Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Current license as a mental health professional (LPC or LCSW) in Pennsylvania
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to provide individual, group, and play therapy
- In-person availability Monday to Friday, 2–7pm, for the initial 4–6 weeks
- Creative and innovative approach to mental health preferred
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens preferred
- Experience with couples and families preferred
