About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Collaborate with the clinical team to further the mission of filling community mental-health gaps
Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocols
Maintain a minimum caseload of 28 client visits per week for full-time status
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Provide psychotherapy services in Spanish

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university
On track to obtain licensure in the designated field
Clinical licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and provide psychotherapy services in Spanish
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit service documentation and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
Registered interns may be considered based on experience and language proficiency
