About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling community care gaps
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 or more clinical hours per week for full-time status
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • On track to obtain licensure in the designated field
  • Clinical licensure or pre-licensure in Massachusetts, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or Psy.D.
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit service documentation and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus
  • Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
  • Ideal candidates would see children as needed
