About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocols
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 28 client visits per week for full-time status
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university, with progress toward licensure
- Clinical licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to provide psychotherapy services in Spanish
- Registered Interns may be considered based on experience and language proficiency
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit service documentation and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus
- Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
