About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
  • Support and participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success
  • Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care
  • Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation
  • Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment
  • Support expansion efforts related to the upcoming Gurnee location
  • Work directly with ownership and leadership to support therapist development and clinical excellence
  • Help build and scale a connected, collaborative practice culture
  • Mentor therapists and support clinicians' well-being

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
  • Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
  • Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Experienced clinician capable of mentoring and supporting therapists
  • Approved supervisor status
  • Existing or transferable client caseload preferred
  • Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred
  • Outpatient, group, or private practice experience preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance and community resources preferred
  • Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be available for in-person work at the Deerfield/Bannockburn office on a hybrid schedule
  • Ability to maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week
