About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
Support and participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success
Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care
Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation
Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week
Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment
Support expansion efforts related to the upcoming Gurnee location
Work directly with ownership and leadership to support therapist development, clinical excellence, and culture growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring and supporting therapists
Approved supervisor status
Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred
Outpatient, group, or private practice experience preferred
Familiarity with insurance and community resources preferred
Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
In-person availability at the Deerfield/Bannockburn office
Ability to maintain approximately 20–25 clinical sessions per week
