About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions
  • Create and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and case notes
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps in care
  • Use creative interventions to help clients exceed their goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field
  • Current LCSW licensure
  • Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Comfort working with a diverse client base
  • Ideally credentialed with insurance panels
  • Valant experience is a plus
