About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Contribute to a thriving team culture
Report to the location’s Clinic Manager
Serve clients typically in person, with telehealth available where clinically indicated

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
On track to obtain licensure in the designated field
Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) with a valid license to practice in Colorado
General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
Previous experience with mental health documentation
Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Availability for evenings and/or weekends is a plus
Bilingual clinicians are a plus
Current credentialing with insurance panels is a plus
