About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Maintaining a part-time caseload of clients
  • Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
  • Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
  • Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D) and be qualified to provide supervision for clinicians seeking licensure
  • Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
  • Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
