About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete diagnostic assessments and evaluate client needs
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, evidence-informed mental health services
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another related behavioral health field from an accredited college or university
- Missouri clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes
- Ability to maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and model appropriate professional boundaries
- Comfort using Microsoft Office 365, electronic health record systems, and other clinical technology
