About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  • Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD; LSW, LPC)
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort working with children, teens, adults, couples, or families
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Existing client base or referral network a plus
  • Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems
