About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic
Provide weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level clinicians seeking licensure
Assist with staffing needs, provide resource support, and perform administrative oversight
Troubleshoot issues within Valant and billing
Support clinic staff development
Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process
Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
