About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes
Develop treatment plans
Complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes
Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician
Support caseload growth with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week
Provide supervision to LLPC's on the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory Licensure for Clinical Practice: Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan
Approved Clinical Supervisor credential or meet other Supervisor requirements through LARA
A master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution
Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans
Maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting
Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues
Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus!
