About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician
  • Support caseload growth with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week
  • Provide supervision to LLPC's on the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mandatory Licensure for Clinical Practice: Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor credential or meet other Supervisor requirements through LARA
  • A master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans
  • Maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting
  • Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues
  • Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus!
