Share vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care
Accept responsibility for the overall performance and operation of a clinic
Hire and recruit clinicians
Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction
Provide training and ongoing developmental support
Meet fiscal goals
Market clinical services and build community partnerships
Maintain reasonable client caseload
Oversee hiring and training process for therapists
Assess ongoing development and training needs
Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations
Oversee peer consultation groups
Provide clinical oversight to therapists
Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
Independently licensed with the State of Colorado (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
