About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation
Maintain a caseload of 27 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Required experience working with couples and families
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
