About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Manage an average caseload of: ~25 sessions per week (full-time) ~15 sessions per week (part-time)
Collaborate with internal clinical team members
Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriate
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planning
Use of creative or integrative therapeutic approaches (preferred)
Work with children, adolescents, or families (preferred)
Couples or family therapy experience (preferred)
Familiarity with community resources and insurance-based care (preferred)
