About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intakes/initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy to teens and adults
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, including treatment plans
- Work with billing dept to maintain clean accounts for clients
- Coordinate services with case managers, other providers, and school staff as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients
- Participate in all staff meetings and mandatory trainings
- Assist with the selection and onboarding of new therapists
- Engage in networking/social, outreach, and community-based events to reduce mental health stigma and promote Ellie in the Charlotte community.
- Maintain a peaceful & happy work environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be independently licensed as a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or an associate therapist in the state of NC.
- Clinicians with supervisory credentials are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Out of state candidates must be within 30 days of receiving reciprocity in NC.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-graduation
- Demonstrable experience in trauma-informed mental health care
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with using EHR's
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to work independently.
