About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct intakes/initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy to kids (7+), teens, and families as well as adults
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, including treatment plans
  • Work with billing dept to maintain clean accounts for clients
  • Coordinate services with case managers, other providers, and school staff as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for clients.
  • Attend and participate in all staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
  • Assist with selection and onboarding of new therapists (this promotes a welcoming, strong, and inclusive company culture)
  • Show up in our community! Engage in networking/social, outreach, and community-based events to reduce mental health stigma and promote Ellie in the Charlotte community.
  • Be excellent to each other! You will play a critical role in maintaining a peaceful & happy work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be independently licensed as a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT in the state of NC.
  • Clinicians with supervisory credentials are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Out of state candidates must be within 30 days of receiving reciprocity in NC.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with children (7+), teens, and families
  • Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency with using EHR's
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work independently
