About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intakes/initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy to kids (7+), teens, and families as well as adults
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, including treatment plans
- Work with billing dept to maintain clean accounts for clients
- Coordinate services with case managers, other providers, and school staff as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients.
- Attend and participate in all staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
- Assist with selection and onboarding of new therapists (this promotes a welcoming, strong, and inclusive company culture)
- Show up in our community! Engage in networking/social, outreach, and community-based events to reduce mental health stigma and promote Ellie in the Charlotte community.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be independently licensed as a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT in the state of NC.
- Clinicians with supervisory credentials are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Out of state candidates must be within 30 days of receiving reciprocity in NC.
- Demonstrable experience in working with children (7+), teens, and families
- Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with using EHR's
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to work independently
