About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling
Develop and implement treatment plans
Complete documentation with 48 hours of session
Facilitate treatment plan reviews
Collaborate with a dynamic team
Coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed
Attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need

master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field
clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too! (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC)
required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
effective written and verbal communication skills
ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!)
ability to pass a background check
