💰 $62,000 - $80,000 per year
About the role
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Complete documentation with 48 hours of session
- Facilitate treatment plan reviews
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
- Coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed
- Attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field
- clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too! (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC)
- required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!)
- ability to pass a background check
