About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines and protocols
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week for full-time status
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Candidates should have clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). Registered Interns are accepted.
Experience with biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Experience in various therapeutic modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.).
Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is ideal.
Bilingual a bonus!
