About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain a steady therapy caseload while supporting clinical leadership responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
- Provide case consultation and clinical support to therapists as needed
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new clinicians
- Participate in team meetings, clinical discussions, and professional development
- Support clinic leadership with clinical workflows and quality of care initiatives
Requirements
- Active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT required)
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience providing outpatient therapy and managing a clinical caseload preferred
- Interest in mentoring or supporting other clinicians
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations across the lifespan
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus) and telehealth platforms
