💰 $65,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Assess for mental health diagnoses
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for Full-Time status
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to build community awareness
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in New Jersey
  • Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
  • Preferred experience with a wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families
  • General knowledge of therapy services and community resources
  • Previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Experience with specialized populations (ex: children, couples/families, LGBTQIA+, trauma, BIPOC) and/or specialized treatment approaches (ex: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.), telehealth systems and Electronic Health Record systems.
