💰 $65,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Assess for mental health diagnoses
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for Full-Time status
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to build community awareness
- Contribute to a thriving team culture
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Fully licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a valid license in New Jersey
- Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Preferred experience with a wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families
- General knowledge of therapy services and community resources
- Previous experience with mental health documentation
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Experience with specialized populations (ex: children, couples/families, LGBTQIA+, trauma, BIPOC) and/or specialized treatment approaches (ex: CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.), telehealth systems and Electronic Health Record systems.
