About the role

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 13 billable hours per week
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with relevant personnel
  • Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

  • Registered with DORA as licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Certification for Animal-assisted therapy
  • Experience with completing Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Clinical Case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to model stable boundaries with clients
  • Familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
