About the role
- Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Evaluate and provide mental health diagnosis
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including yearly CDAs, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 30 per week and 25 executed client visits per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Idaho state licensure (LPC, LAMFT, LMSW) and actively pursuing clinical licensure, or preferably already have clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW)
- Required experience with completing CDAs, treatment plans and progress notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Comfort with collecting patient copays at time of service and discussing billing issues with clients
