About the role
- Assess mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and use creative interventions to support clients.
- Manage approximately 15 clients per week, providing consistent, quality care.
- Submit session notes, treatment plans, and case reviews promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure client success.
- Participate in team meetings and training to break down mental health barriers.
Requirements
- A Pre Licensed Mental Health Professional (ALC, LMSW, LMFTA) OR someone close to obtaining full licensure
- Experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation
- Ability to complete DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus)
- Clinicians who are credentialed with insurance panels are preferred but not required.
