About the role
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and progress notes
- Carry a caseload of approximately 27 client sessions per week
- Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a dynamic clinical team
- Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and internal team members as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and ongoing training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Active LCPC or LCSW-C license in Maryland
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
