About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform Epic application system analysis and design to include requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems
- Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities
- Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design including planning implementations and maximizing application benefits
- Mentor teammates in resolution of issues and provide updates to peers, leadership, and clients
- Manage assigned projects and meet deadlines
- Conduct highly complex work unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgement
- Plan and conduct requirements gathering for Epic projects and requests
- Coordinate, plan and conduct detailed design sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience
- 8 years of related Epic Home Health Hospice experience
- EpicCare Home Health certification
