About the role

  • Create beautiful and functional designs for a range of digital and print projects including websites, emails, digital ad campaigns, marketing materials and more.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging content strategies for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Tailor content strategies to suit a diverse range of industries, including consumer, B2B and pharma sectors.
  • Create high-quality visual content using standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other content creation apps or platforms as needed.
  • Craft compelling written content that engages and grows social media audiences.
  • Collaborate with both the creative design and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and identity across all digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines are met and content is consistent with client expectations.
  • Occasionally, meet with clients to share strategy, concepts and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing both visual and written content.
  • Fast learner and able to understand the dynamics of multiple industries and audience types.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software.
  • Experience creating video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging various AI platforms and tools to enhance workflows and efficiency.
  • Self-starter and accountable.
  • Able to shift seamlessly between independent tasks and team collaboration.
