About the role
- Travel to storm-affected locations to offer roofing, siding, and window replacement services
- Conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage
- Sell storm damage restoration and home exterior services to homeowners
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist homeowners through restoration process
- Work as a mobile sales professional, managing leads and sales processes in CRM
- Meet sales targets and perform contract negotiation and closing
- Leverage company resources and support for long-term career growth
Requirements
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to travel to various locations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of storm damage restoration and home exterior products is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology and CRM software
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
