About the role
- Travel to storm-affected "hot" locations to find and meet with homeowners
- Sell storm damage restoration services including roof repairs, siding replacements, and window installations
- Conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage for residential properties
- Provide expert guidance and customer service to homeowners during the restoration process
- Use company resources and CRM tools to document leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with customers
- Work as a mobile sales professional independently and as part of the Elite/Aspen team
- Meet sales targets under a commission-based compensation structure
- Opportunity to transition to W2 and leadership roles for top performers
Requirements
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to travel to various locations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of storm damage restoration and home exterior products is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology and CRM software
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and products
