About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Build and optimize semantic models (datasets) using best practices like star schema and dimensional modeling
Develop end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse & OneLake, Fabric Pipelines, Notebooks (Spark)
Optimize Direct Lake and Import models for large-scale analytics
Monitor performance using tools like Performance Analyzer, DAX Studio, and Fabric monitoring
Develop data ingestion pipelines from various sources: Snowflake, SQL Server, APIs, Data Lakes, etc.
Implement data governance and security: Row-Level Security (RLS), Data access management

What you’ll need

4–5 years of Power BI experience
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric
Strong experience in building high-performance semantic models
Proficiency in optimizing large-scale datasets
Implementing efficient data refresh strategies
