About the role
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product scope, priorities, and success metrics
- Analyze financial workflows, transactions, and data flows
- Support product development throughout the SDLC
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
- Validate implemented solutions against requirements
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and wireframes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in FinTech, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products and processes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to write clear, structured requirements and user stories
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in Figma for prototyping and collaborating on digital products
- Ability to create PBIs and manage in Azure Devops
- Experience in payments, digital banking, lending, trading, or blockchain
- Knowledge of financial regulations (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR)
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification
