About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risks
Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedules
Monitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations
Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards
Create and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business units
Develop and deliver training programs on Emergency response, Workplace safety, and Regulatory compliance
Promote a strong safety culture through education and engagement
Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings
Maintain accurate records of Hazardous material usage and exposure, Waste discharge and environmental compliance
Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)
Master’s degree (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related field
OSHA certification/training strongly preferred
