EH&S Regional Manager
Elevated Facility ServicesEHS Manager developing and maintaining health and safety programs for the organization. Conducting inspections, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a safe workplace.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risks
- Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedules
- Monitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards
- Create and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business units
- Develop and deliver training programs on Emergency response, Workplace safety, and Regulatory compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture through education and engagement
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings
- Maintain accurate records of Hazardous material usage and exposure, Waste discharge and environmental compliance
- Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessible
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related field
- OSHA certification/training strongly preferred
