About the role

  • Optimize product quality and enhance customer satisfaction for semiconductor test ICs
  • Drive product quality improvement activities for complex analog devices
  • Own customer RMA process, execution, and associated problem-solving
  • Act as single point of contact for all customer quality inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define corrective actions and implement test and process improvements to prevent recurrence
  • Travel to customer facilities to work with their engineering teams to define the problem statement

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement of B.S.E.E. with 3+ years’ of direct customer quality engineering and Failure Analysis experience
  • Experience in silicon characterization and system level troubleshooting
  • Proven analytical problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems
  • General knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, assembly and test
  • Ability to operate with a continuous improvement mindset and deliver on commitments
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Preference: Semiconductor and PCB experience, preferably in a fabless semiconductor or electronics company
  • Preference: Understanding of benchtop or ATE testing
  • Preference: Strong problem-solving skills
