About the role
- Optimize product quality and enhance customer satisfaction for semiconductor test ICs
- Drive product quality improvement activities for complex analog devices
- Own customer RMA process, execution, and associated problem-solving
- Act as single point of contact for all customer quality inquiries, issues, and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define corrective actions and implement test and process improvements to prevent recurrence
- Travel to customer facilities to work with their engineering teams to define the problem statement
Requirements
- Minimum Requirement of B.S.E.E. with 3+ years’ of direct customer quality engineering and Failure Analysis experience
- Experience in silicon characterization and system level troubleshooting
- Proven analytical problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems
- General knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, assembly and test
- Ability to operate with a continuous improvement mindset and deliver on commitments
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Preference: Semiconductor and PCB experience, preferably in a fabless semiconductor or electronics company
- Preference: Understanding of benchtop or ATE testing
- Preference: Strong problem-solving skills
