About the role
- Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and market growth across Elevate Semiconductor's IC semiconductor portfolio.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and corporate objectives.
- Formulate long-term market expansion strategies and annual business plans.
- Develop pricing strategies, product differentiation, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, applications, and sales to deliver compelling, differentiated products.
- Build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships with key customers, industry partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Represent Elevate at conferences, customer visits, and industry events (~20% travel).
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and business opportunities.
- Support new product introductions, including beta evaluations at customer sites.
- Oversee the creation of datasheets, white papers, patents, publications, and technical collateral.
- Monitor market data (sales, market share, customer satisfaction) and identify risks/opportunities.
- Guide the production of marketing content and enhance Elevate’s brand presence in the market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across applications engineering and marketing.
Requirements
- 10-20 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or applications engineering in the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) with experience in publications and patents.
- Solid working knowledge of and experience with Semiconductor design and manufacturing workflows.
- Proven track record in IC product marketing (mixed-signal ICs or Analog preferred).
- Strong background in semiconductor design necessary to evaluate product tradeoffs for performance, manufacturing cost, power, accuracy and total development cost.
- Background in strategic marketing, product introductions, and revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, including executive-level relationship management.
- Experience with ecosystem partners and industry collaborations; ability to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate into product plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with influence across technical and business audiences.
- Proven track of record to manage and lead a team, and develop the organization
- MBA strongly preferred. A mix of technical and business education is ideal.
- ATE experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
