About the role

  • Recruit, interview, and vet qualified candidates for events and campaigns
  • Meet all assigned staffing deadlines and maintain a 95% show rate
  • Manage event-day logistics, including staff check-ins, replacements, and issue escalation
  • Provide real-time updates to Account Managers on staffing activity and onsite performance
  • Partner with Payroll and HR to confirm completion of all required onboarding documentation
  • Escalate staffing or campaign concerns to Account Managers as needed
  • Maintain proactive staffing strategies and utilize backup talent pools for no-shows or cancellations
  • Update field staff hours in 1CRM daily to ensure accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with field teams and client contacts
  • Adapt to shifting priorities to ensure all client and internal deliverables are met on time

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment
  • Background in experiential staffing (events, activations, or promotions) preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience using staffing or project management systems such as 1CRM, Asana, or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve performance
