About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Conduct Psychological Assessments: Expand our services by conducting psychological testing and evaluations (e.g., ADHD, neurodiversity, diagnostic clarification).
  • Build a caseload that aligns with your clinical passions while being backed by a highly supportive administrative and clinical team.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Participate in a warm, team-oriented environment where case consultation and peer support are encouraged.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (or currently license-eligible).
  • The ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments.
  • A culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a "fun and growing" group practice.
  • Specialized training or certifications in modalities like EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT or experience running intensives/support groups is a bonus.
