About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing outpatient psychotherapy with adults, couples, families, teens, or other populations within your scope of practice
Building and maintaining a consistent part-time caseload
Holding a weekly schedule that includes required in-office Friday and weekend availability
Providing one remote evening shift per week
Participating in consultation and professional dialogue with colleagues
Practicing thoughtful case conceptualization and scope management
Maintaining reliable documentation and follow-through.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Active Illinois clinical license or license eligibility, such as LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW, MFT/LMFT, PsyD/PhD
Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical agency, group practice, private practice, hospital, or community mental health setting
Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Ability to provide in-office therapy on Fridays and either Saturdays or Sundays
Ability to provide one remote evening shift per week.
