About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the Sales & Marketing team by contributing to a broad range of internal and external marketing initiatives.
  • Reports to the Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications and assists in executing initiatives that strengthen and align the company’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and provides administrative and project support to help ensure the effective and timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Ensures all marketing content and events align with company branding standards.
  • Develops and executes LinkedIn content strategy.
  • Writes company-wide marketing and executive communications.
  • Coordinates with the design agency to maintain and update the company website.
  • Supports advertising initiatives by guiding external agencies on graphic design and copy requirements.
  • Creates and edits photography and videography of local subjects and events.
  • Researches emerging marketing platforms and initiatives to improve departmental processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience in content creation for internal communications and external platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional executive messages and engaging social media content.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and positive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
  • Motivated to gain hands-on experience through meaningful, real-world marketing projects.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
