About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete required basic training
  • Respond to internal and external customer questions by telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims

  • Provide requested information to internal and external customers
  • Receive and place routine follow-up telephone calls and emails
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct outbound calls in the ZipDrug business area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must successfully complete required basic training
  • Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week
  • Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law
