About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements
- Provide expertise to lower-level consultants analyzing business needs and determining optimal solutions
- Determine application software requirements for complex business needs
- Lead teams of analysts on highly complex, high-impact projects
- Analyze and design solutions for varied and highly complex business needs
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary, up to 20%
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS required
- Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience
- Experience in business analysis and project management
- Working knowledge of mainframe computers, hardware, and operating systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant
- Project management skills
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Pharmacy benefit management operations experience in claims, accumulators, and historical data files preferred
- Product owner experience with Agile Methodologies preferred
- SQL data analysis and data extract capabilities preferred
- Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week within commuting distance of an office
- Ability to travel up to 20%
