About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically plan, analyze, and execute IT functional plans
Perform business value analysis
Create executive-level communications aligned with organizational strategy, business strategy, and direction
Partner with leaders across Business, Technology, Data, IT Architecture, and Digital areas
Support the maturity of business capabilities and value streams
Influence business and technology strategies and integrate efforts across functional areas
Maintain governance and oversight of IT functions, including delivery, quality, program management, and portfolio governance
Oversee Carelon Global Solutions Puerto Rico facilities and maintenance operations
Facilitate landlord contracts and permits
Evaluate changes and future CGS facilities and enhancements
Utilize various customer technology platforms
Direct multiple work functions or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact
Travel to different office locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
At least 3 years of management experience in the area of function being managed
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to write, read, and speak both English and Spanish proficiently
Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment highly preferred
Previous healthcare industry experience preferred
Facilities management experience preferred
Ability to work first shift, Monday through Friday
Ability to work additional hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs
Ability to travel to different office locations as needed
Must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted
